The FBI is was given authority to review library usage, and the idea is to build up databases of "suspects" who view suggestive material, supposedly as terror source material. As opposed to the below "call to arms" by the Bronx peaceniks, the idea does have its merits.

The lame call:
"We should all go to the library and everybody should take out books the CIA doesn't like. They should check out Karl Marx and Michael Moore's 'Stupid White Men.'"
...will likely result in nothing, as the authorities will be looking for consistent usage, and sane people will eventually give up the idea of wasting their check-out limit on stuff they wouldn't read anyway.
