What a graphic display of a complete lack of class
Really pathetic. For his family, this wasn't just a funeral for Paul Wellstone. His sons lost both of their parents and their sister in that crash. I can't help but wonder what their sons thought of all the glad-handing and partisanship. Five other people also died in that crash. So much for honoring their memory.
One interesting little tidbit: Jesse Ventura was so offended by what the saw last night that he says he'll appoint an independent to fill the vacancy. The appointment would only be good until the election results are certified, but that would return control of the Senate to the Republicans.
