I would like to think SOME precautions had been taken with this data. I've got some files on my hard drive scrambled (192 bit) so that a password is required to retreive them, and no casual user would be able to pull the files off the disk. And this is an off-the-shelf solution that is exportable. I would assume military computers have much better systems on board.
