More idiotic lawsuits in the infinite litany of trial lawyer abuse.Face it, many Americans not only tolerate this abuse but love it. They view it as their chance at the lottery striking it big someday, say over hot coffee spilled on their pants or some other egregious affront to life and liberty.
Yup. Transfer of wealth by any means necessary, and it's legal.
