No, the incident I'm referring to is the case of the 5 Israeli army vets who were apphrehended after witnesses reported them celebrating, high fiving, and taking snapshots with the wrecked towers in the background. Dogs brought to the van in which these guys were travelling reacted as if they sniffed explosives. The men had in their possession boxcutters, European passports, and $4700 in cash.
