After losing millions of dollars in lawsuits, such as that over Randy Weaver and Ruby Ridge which involved coverups, and EarthFirst which involved framing the suspects, with no real disciplinary action, someone has seen a glimmer.
(And the same folks are running this thing as were BEFORE 9-11.)
