What's your point SDAI?
You just made a loose slam at liberals, and you have avoided the REAL issue, which has NOTHING to do with democrats or Republicans. It's the laizze faire operations of the insider clique` within all our top intelligence agencies. Because of a "national security" umbrella, which can be brought out and parodied at ANY time for the rank and file "White Mob", many officials within the CIA and FBI have a "get out of jail free card" for their participation in deadly crimes.
Whether it's killing innocent civilians or children, smuggling tons of cocaine and heroin through military bases, or just plain ole double dippin in the taxpayers pockets, it's allright if you've got the green light.
A recent example is the FBI office working out of Venice, Florida who gave a green light pass from the DEA for Mohammed Atta and his group. They wouldn't even let the local police force participate in securing the airport. No, but Jeb Bush went in, grabbed all of Rudi Dekker's records and transported them out to a military base.
Another one that comes to mind is the FBI agent in Washington who repeatedly turned down requests from a local field officer to get permission to monitor Massoui's computer (another 9/11 terrorist) even though the evidence was outstanding. And....AFTER 9/11, instead of being admonished, fined or fired, or even up on charges, he got a PROMOTION.
