That is what Bush proposed for months. The dems were kicking his ass, remember?
He took them at their word, and the dems thought he was just another Republican to log roll.
The dems have begun to learn that their under estimation of Bush is one of their chief weaknesses.
I hope he gets this going asap and correctly.
I won't stand for a bloated ineffective and dangerous security organ.
If he blows it from ineptitude or a character issue, I will vote against him myself.
