The savings in reduced medical fees would alone...staggering when you think about it.

You could get doctors, accountants, business, etc... all in on the act.

And it would lessen the one strategic advantage that government has over private business: The government can't get taken to the cleaners by the trial lawyers...

Given a chance, it might have legs...

P.S. When is the last time someone sued the Post Office? or Amtrak? or the FDIC?
