Does he have 'em? You mean like the US, Russia, Britain, France, China, North Korea, Israel, Syria, Libya, South Africa, and so on and so on? Like those countries?
If he does, he hasn't used them outside his own country, unlike the US who used chemical weapons in Vietnam. And, Saddam used them in his own country WITH THE AID OF THE US.
Saddam hasn't supplied them to al-Qeada, at least they haven't used them against us or Israel.
And if he doesn't, then he doesn't.
The reality is that we don't know if he does or doesn't have them because, so far, HE'S NOT USING THEM!
Now, if he were like me or the US, he might if he's attacked. Tell me GWB wouldn't.
So, at the moment, the WMD thing is an excuse to get troops on the ground. Simple. All that is in the way is those pesky inspections, which could get rid of them, or find them.
