I can't beleive that photo. Blix is supposedly some sort of respected UN figure, and he tramps across the likeness of our ex-President like Homer Simpson making a run for the donut counter?
Is he oblivious to all nuance? Does he have no idea what that image conveys? Perhaps, as Tom hints, the blatant anti-American insult was too subtle even for his eagle-like eyes and steel-trap mind.
Or maybe if he's a real good boy, he'll get to bow and scrape in the presence of Saddam.
