Considering how well the Iraqi government understands terms like "obligations," "enhanced inspection regime," "full and complete declaration," and "immediate, unimpeded, unrestricted and private access to all officials and other persons," a legal-eagle liaison at the head of the inspection committee might not be such a bad idea.
