Apparently this person has been living in some parallel dimension inhabited solely by Smurfs. Or maybe he's just stupid.

Since the dawn of recorded history, practically every civilization advanced enough to be able to collect enough sharp objects to wage a war has routinely massacred civilians wholesale and with great enthusiasm. I could fill pages with examples.

Not sure that anyone making a statement this silly should be taken seriously at all.
