The US doesn't see those debates.
Maybe, once in a while, there will be a Palestinian representative on Public Broadcasting System.
But the power of Israeli censorship of US media is such that the only Palestinian representatives we see are token, abbreviated, and not allowed to give any info sympathetic to Palestinians.
Or else boycotts are threatened, funding withdrawn, and smear campaigns take place. Regarding the Middle East it's common knowledge the American public gets one-sided coverage.
