Two weights, two measures. Why are there good dictators and bad dictators?
Aren't they all supressing freedoms one way or another?
So, if most dictators are left alone (even some with far more declared WMD's than Iraq), why is this one particularly wanted and why now, when he had been as bad a tyrant while at war against Iran?
