You know, I've wondered, if it were so damn easy to ship bombs and such around using UPS, why are all the tyrannies so anxious to get their hands on missiles? Most of them are obsessed with either developing them or getting someone to sell missiles to them. Maybe it's too hard to get UPS to make a pickup?

What a lot of people don't realize is that primitive nuclear weapons need a lot of TLC to keep them in working condition. Even some advanced ones--some suitcase nukes have a tritium charge that "wears out" after a few years. It's possible that most of these thugs know that a bomb shipped and stored in a basement stands a very good chance of not working, or of falling into the hands of someone you might not trust (pretty much everyone if you're a tyrant). At least a missile warhead can be monitored and maintained, and you know where it is at night.
