Web access for prisoners
Who is paying for this
Prison is not supposed to be fun or entertaining. It is supposed to be a horrible place that most people will do anything to stay out of. Maybe if they took the fun, lazy days out of prison, and made the inmates get up at 4 am and work all day (like I do), then maybe they would do a better job to stay out.
Bring back the chain gangs!
