US to World - "Screw people."
It's sad. In the midst of the US requiring it's pilots to dose themselves with dangerous drugs during routine missions, the rest of the world can eat cake and suck eggs.

When they can, and do, make a profit selling most of them at 25% of the cost charged in the US, and when most of the cost of developing (not advertising) drugs in the US is borne by the gov’t and universities, this can only mean that the US gov’t regards money as more important than people. Hard to draw any other conclusion.
