I agree with Tech 1. It's time for Japan, China and Russia to deal with North Korea while we step back as the aggressor. We might be pulling out of South Korea at the request of the newly elected president.

Looks to me like North Korea needs the power to light up the land, NOT!

You can sure see the difference between North & South Korea,
