The North Koreans have two bombs, and have all along. That was part of the deal, that they wouldn't be making more.
And the reactor was sealed, not functioning, on Clinton's watch.
Bush took over, and ignored 'em. Won't talk, left 'em with what looks like no choice. What would you do - cry, whine and whimper when the fuel was cut off, but not start up that reactor? Pshaw - anyone who would advocate torture as a routine practice would probably start up a reactor when oil is shut off.
I think they have to do what they did when Israel, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Iran, Britain, France, China, and Russia did when they got the bomb.
(And when Israel took out Iraq's nuclear reactor they managed to do it with one fatality. One. Great job, Israel!!)
