<Jane Luu who co-discovered the KBO's was also a vietnamese refugee in the US. There was an article about her in Astronomy, years ago.
She even came to Antwerp (in 99 I think) for a speech about the KBO's. We had a little chat.
She's at least a discoverer of worlds. And would rather listen to classical music while her team mate, Jewitt is only interested in hard rock.
