Pointless and hypocritical
spot the inconsistency....
1. We wont give Irael money if they use it on Settlements.
2. We wont give faith-based charities money if they use it to promote religion
3. We wont give family-planning orgs overseas any money in case they use the funds to promote abortion. Oh wait, that's illegal. OK, we wont give them any money ever in case they fund non-abortion projects with our money, thereby letting them use their own money for abortions.
