Zero tolerance bill
I don't know what this consists of but I have never seen a zero tolerance measure that I liked.
In the drug wars it results in property being seized for a single mj seed and children being expelled from school for bringing asprin to school. Zero tolerance laws seem to be a substitute for using one's brain.
As for Sarko, he sounds a bit like Rudy Giuliani.
