<Bush is still most folks' Saviour

Let's see...it's a glorious day for the Bush when the media must portray 58% approval as a "popularity slide!"

All the hatred from the far left...all the imaginary bad deeds he is supposed to be responsible for...none of it seems to be sticking. Maybe he is Reagan II and not Bush-lite or any other slurs.

He has overcome many obstacles to get somewhere he never really wanted to be.

His wife Laura helps him keep an even keel and one can tell with just a look that they don't get into the same type scream-fests the Clintons must've engaged in nightly (that is on the rare occasion they were in the same time zone).

All the protestors, websites and mocking parodies are only strengthening his resolve and that of Tony Blair - who now sees firsthand what dark, mocking hearts lie under the mask of "liberal sympathy" when you don't kowtow to their agenda.

The Blair/Bush friendship is a genuine one - and that is why Blair tolerates all the cr-- that is shoveled on him by the left.
