Please scan us your letter from god where you were given the right to kill the leader of a soverign nation. Or, even to remove him.
If sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, then you are saying Saddam has the right to kill, or have killed Duhbya.
Get off your self-righteous horse for a while and think about this postion that has been sold to you. Think who sold it, and what agenda is being served.
