Sounds to me more like a testimony to the effectiveness of the Democrat's plan. Wouldn't you define a successful stimulus plan as one that can be retired after it works? Hmmmm, Tom? Whereas a "stimulus" that must be permanent is not a stimulus, it's a restructuring of the economy--economic engineering by the government.
