Think rationally:
There are convincing proofs (with dates and places) that he's tricking the inspectors because he knows where they are going beforehand, then of course the inspections are useless.Also evidence from the sky (pictures, sounds). Let then Iraq speak why it's doing that. If that, in turn, is unconvincing, then the UN should let the troops in.
It's all a matter of proofs.
We'll see on the 5th or the 6th.
For the moment, it looks too much like a personal vendetta from Bush Jr.
