NK is very likely extremely over rated.
Their logisitcal org is extremely vulnerable to the kind of war we fight.
Their equipment is based on very old soviet style designs.
Their troops are fueled by bs based propaganda and would be facing SK troops and Americans fighting for their very lives.
Their command and control systems are not designed to give decision makers good and truthful information, and their decision makers know that their local whack job tyrant is second guessing every move they make for loyalty.
If they try to pre-emptively strike SK, they will be destroyed.
My guess is they will try to do so when we go after Iraq.
