If there's a nuclear flash in Korea...
The switch will be thrown by the north.
But just the thought that the US would have troops in South Korea makes you react with your "Bush is a warmonger" involuntary response.
The truth is the US wouldn't even need to use nuclear weapons in such a conflict.
Don't worry Lindy, Bush appears to be an excellent crisis manager. We haven't even gotten to the point of cross border skirmishes yet.
But if Kim Dung Dumb wants to launch a first strike, then he is in for a rude awakening.
