The Democrats cut Rep. Harold Ford off at the knees when he ran for House Minority Leader too, and he is no loon. The Democrats have been taking the black vote for granted for years now. They refer to it as being "delivered" in an election, not "sought." This is going to come back and bite them. At some point, blacks are going to wonder exactly what Democrats have done for them lately.

What kind of conspiracy nut are you to put 2 and 2 together and make 347? Where/who/what connection is there between her exploratory committee and Sharpton's?

...One Democratic strategist says: "We pray for Carol Moseley-Braun" - the former Illinois senator who's the only black woman elected to the U.S. Senate. The hope is she'll join the race and draw some support away from Sharpton.

Turns out sometimes 2 and 2 is exactly 4. Now, if you want some speculation:

If there are not Clinton fingerprints on this "exploratory committee" thing, I'll eat my hat.
