Sodium cyanide
Apparently sodium cyanideis used "predominantly in metal plating and chemical applications such as dyes and pharmaceuticals". There are a lot of things that go into nerve gases that also have other uses, so that's kind of hard to limit.
As far as I know, SCUD missiles have only one use.
