I know it, Yemen knows it. The Saudi's know it (or they would be very threatened by the Yemeni aquisition). Everybody knows those Scuds were really headed for Iraq.

But the UN and the ROW want to pretend they were headed for Yemen.

So what was Bush to do?

He decided the time will come to put Iraq in its place either way. So if the Yemeni's want to hold a few of Sadam's scuds for a while, let them. It was a great call by Bush.

P.S. I wonder if Yemen is busy trying to hide the Scuds...I doubt the Saudi's would let them ship accross their territory to Iraq. So they are probably sitting harmlessly in Yemen while the North Koreans await payment on an international letter of Credit that has Sadam's signature on it.
