You are obviously not thinking out of the box. This is not a trick question.

Only 4 men in the world are, objectively, better qualified than Barack Obama to be President. This is not somebody's opinion, it is based on a valid, objectively verifiable criterion: experience on the job.

Jimmy Carter - 4 years
George HW Bush - 4 years
Bill Clinton - 8 years
George W Bush - 8 years.

Barack Obama only has 3.5 years of experience.

All other criteria are subjective.
