What if dealing with dictators...
were done best by recognizing their country, their government, trading with them, lifting embargoes, having an embassy! It would be most difficult to isolate the population from ROW! That's what makes dictators so powerful in their country: the ignorance of their population.
I remember seeing T-Shirts with the 6 million $ man and others with Farrah Fawcett Majors at the Gaza strip in 1979.
