It looks impressive, but I would bet a month's pay it's horse exhaust. I don't care how nicely you talk to a water molecule: you ain't gonna bust it into hydrogen and oxygen using less energy than you get by recombining it.
Remember how you felt about Enron? Wait and see what happens to this company.
For God's sake, don't put any money into it.
