Kim Jong il empire is crumbling and NK is like the Soviet Union in 1990 - only worse off.

Tom is right they would be lucky to get one missile to accurately hit the west coast - more likely it would veer somewhere into the pacific ocean. After their failed attempt - NK would be glass after about a two to three hour evacuation of the SK border and evacuation of Japan's citizens.
