Does anybody object to moving N. Korea up in the "Waiting to Invade Queue"?

Do they really think they will get more foreign aid by using these tactics?
If they had any economic activity, I'd be all for a blockade to starve the bastards...But then their economic prowes has resulted in self-imposed blockade.
I say: Let them starve.
