Just so you remember...
The U.S. military is currently surrounding Hussein and Iraq, not Clinton's house. Nobody is setting up Clinton as Hussein's equivalent.
I think the point Dan was making is that the only reason Clinton would be attacking Iraq is because he saw some political gain in it. Compare that to Bush. Does it look like he's doing this to gain popularity?
