Isreal will not attack Sadam unless the US fails to protect Isreal from Chemical weapons attack, which I suspect the US will do. The US has had 12 years worth of intellegence to locate Sadam's scuds. Doen't expect any Scuds to survive the 1st day of the war.
If a scud carrying chemical wareheads reaches a target in Isreal and kills Jews (As opposed to Palestinians) and the Isrealies respond by carpet bombing Iraqi Cities...(Not likely)... Then there will be calls for a "Holy war"...But they will fall on deaf ears, as "HOly Wars" run contrary to the interests of wealthy oil sheiks.
Maybe Syria might attack Isreal, but they would be repelled easily, and then there would be one less "Terrorist State" to worry about.
Finally, North Korea can't export nuclear weapons to terrorist states if there are no more terrorist states, and that can be further insured with a full navel blockade of North Korea if they insist on taking that route.
