Looks like Denmark also allows victims to sue through the universal competence law.
From what I heard, Belgian courts won't substitute themselves from the IPC.
And, besides, there's a filter selecting whether or not it's justified to sue such and such.
In this case, the war was approved by the UN, so this would filter out such claims.
