It's a tough one. I guess it'd depend on how badly truamatized I'd been by 25 years under a psychotic dictator. If I'd been Saddam's lapdog, maybe I'd be pissed that the US was liberating my country.
But if I'd spent a lot of time on Saddam's poop-list, maybe I'd be pretty happy.
A lot of Iraqis probably fall between the extremes.
It's not black and white.
