Careful about civilians

<The US is being a bit careful about civilians here, for the first time in recent history

I should just stand back and let the military guys take you on here. America has been concerned about civilians in war for decades, far more than most other armies on the planet. It has been exploited by our enemies again and again. The "soldier disguised as innocent farmer" trick is not news to Vietnam vets.

For the record, as far as I know there have still been no official civilian deaths in Baghdad.
