Another story where you want to wait until all the info is in. Pentagon briefings say that although there have been military facilities targeted that, by Iraqi design, were close to civilian areas, none such were near this market, and there were no missiles targeted for anything near this market.

While certainly bombs and missiles can go badly off target, I would like to see any proof that this was from an Allied missile or bomb. I get the impression that the Baghdad body count has not been anywhere near high enough to suit the Iraqi regime, and given their proven patterns of behavior, it is equally likely that they blew up the market themselves.
