I saw something on this last night.

The money belongs to the Iraqi people.

There is over 8 billion dollars in the
account.

The U.N. charges Iraq 2% to administer the account.

Administration fees have grown to over 500 million dollars per year.

It now takes over 4500 people to administer the program.
