Blix is quoting the U.S. military.
I posted this because earlier here people were asserting that the Iraqis launched banned SCUDS at Kuwait and coalition troops. This wasn't true. To date we've not found any SCUDS, nor have any been launched. There was one unconfirmed report that U.S. air forces took out a SCUD launcher, but that is all.
I just think its important that as the war progresses we are clear to correct any misreported information.
