Re: How many of you would go over and fight if you had the chance?
After 9-11, I really wished I wasn't too old to go back into the service. My youngest son is in the Navy but he's safe in San Diego. Still, as a corpsman, he could end up over there with a Marine unit. My oldest son has talked to a recruiter about going back into the Army.
Would I go over if I could? Yes, but that isn't going to happen. Instead, I may be sending my sons.
