So, Peter Arnette initially comes out with a full apology for his interview on Iraqi television.
The next thing we know, he's saying that he stands by what he did and has no regrets.
This, of course, after he takes a new job with a British newspaper, that is known to have an anti-war slant.
I'm just curious as to why a man, who has sworn to call things right down the line, would now take a job with a news outlet that, in some views, clearly has a political agenda. Not to mention the flip-flopping on his position about the Iraqi interview. Doesn't exactly lend a lot of credibility.
BTW that's my first attempt at a link, so have patience with me if it fails.
