Pakistan is one screwed up country.
The enitre country is fractured and corrupt while the leadership lacks control. Both India and Pakistan are working hard to win our favor over the other, and we would really like to favor India. . . its just that right now Pakistan is the country that matters a lot in dealing with terrorism, so while its regeime supports us, we have have a good incentive to work with it.
