but I've been reading Bowser for a couple of years and he hasn't changed much. He was writing the same crap about Afghanistan.

I could be wrong, but I have yet to see Bowser actually acknowledge that the soldiers are following procedures to reduce noncombatant casualties. That is not in and of itself condemning, but when you consider how much he posts about Americans "shooting Iraqis to liberate them", I think its telling.
