Every time I go to the star gazing site, I drive near a TotalFina gas station, a Gulf , a Shell, a Texaco and a Q8 gas stations.
Pretty everybody is represented and they're all competing with each other.
None are nationalized, otherwise they would not be able to merge or buy other companies, etc...
